As a courtesy to our volunteers please do not call after 8:30 p.m. unless it is an emergency.
Board meetings will take place during the following months each year:
January, April, June, August, October and November.
The Annual meeting of the board will continue to take place in April each year. The November meeting will be the budget workshop so that the board can prepare for the upcoming year.
2012 HOA Dues Section
Your CW Association Dues Letters have been mailed. Below you will find links for the 2012 Homeowners Association Dues. You may pay the $532.00 in full by January 15, 2012 and receive a 5% discount or pay in two installments; see schedule below (the additional $30.00 for the installment payment option is to cover the lost interest and the administrative burden of the plan). 2012 HOA Dues Letter 2012 Dues Invoice
