ACC stands for Architectural Control Committee. The ACC is responsible for setting the community standards for paint colors, landscaping, and general neighborhood appearance. Reminder Section Just a reminder, keeping the leaves and debris cleaned off of your roof, yard, driveway and walkways not only improves the appearance of your home, but protects your roof and keeps your driveway and sidewalk free of the stains. Keeping your lawn cleaned up, keeps your grass from dying off underneath the debris. Please place your debris in brown paper yard waste bags or reusable containers and place it at the curb for collection by the City on Mondays. Paint Section When painting your home, you may choose your paint color scheme from the paint color book or repaint your home the current colors provided your colors were approved by a previous board. Check with Neighborhood Management Services to find out if the swatches of your current colors and approved modification form are on record. The paint color books are available for check out at the Neighborhood Management office. A $50 deposit is required when checking out the book. Please note: Before painting or making any change to the exterior of your home you must receive approval from the ACC Committee.
